Refund Policy
At Highgrove Fragrances, we take great care in ensuring that every product is checked and packed with precision before it leaves our facility. Returns or exchanges are accepted only under the conditions listed below, and will be processed through a credit note.
1. Damaged Goods
Every item undergoes a thorough inspection before dispatch. However, if you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 5 working days of receiving your order. Once verified, a full account credit will be issued for the damaged product.
Please note that returns will not be accepted for reasons related to product fragrance preference, packaging aesthetics, or minor variations in color or design.
2. Incorrect Orders
If you receive an item different from what you ordered, please write to us at contact@highgrovefragrances.com with your order number and name. We will promptly arrange to send the correct product once we receive the wrongly shipped item in its original condition and packaging.
Terms of Return & Exchange
- All returned or exchanged items must be unused, unopened, and undamaged by you.
- Shipping or insurance charges will not be borne by Highgrove Fragrances for canceled or returned merchandise.
- You are responsible for the goods until they reach us. We recommend using a reliable courier service that provides tracking and insurance for the value of your items.
- The cost of returning the product to us will be borne by the customer.
- Returned goods must include original labels, tags, receipts, and packaging. Returns or exchanges may be refused in the absence of complete packaging.
- All accepted returns will be issued as a credit note, sent to your registered email address. Shipping and handling charges will be excluded from this amount.
- Exchanges can only be processed through repurchase using the credit note.
- We do not accept returns or exchanges on customized or specially ordered items, as these are made specifically upon your request and approval.
- If you wish to modify an order, please inform us as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request, though modifications cannot be guaranteed once the order is confirmed.
