The shipping and handling charges for online orders placed on www.highgrovefragrances.com depend on the delivery location and order value.

• Free Shipping: Enjoy complimentary shipping across India on all prepaid orders above ₹1000.
• Standard Shipping: A nominal fee of ₹60 applies to prepaid orders below ₹1000.
• Cash on Delivery (COD): A flat fee of ₹100 will be charged on COD orders. (Please note, free shipping does not apply to COD.)
• Special Requests: Handling or convenience charges may apply for customized delivery preferences.

DELIVERY

All orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Kindly verify your delivery details before confirming your order to avoid any delays or misdelivery.

While we strive to deliver every Highgrove parcel with care and punctuality, delivery timelines may be affected by unforeseen circumstances such as transportation issues, courier delays, customs clearance, or banking-related delays — all of which are beyond our control.

Once your order is dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive an email within 48 hours containing the courier partner details and tracking information.

DELIVERY TIME FRAME

Domestic Orders: All orders within India, including both prepaid and COD, are typically delivered within 5–8 business days, depending on your location and courier availability.

Tracking details will be shared within 48 hours of dispatch, allowing you to follow your order until it reaches you.
